Additional Users: $10 per user per month.
WhatsApp Messaging: Optional Add-on at $19 per month.
Once you have used up your free usage credits, you will be charged for usage. You can view our detailed usage costs here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes, there is a 14-day free trial that includes $10 free usage credits to explore the platform’s features. To start your trial, you’ll need to provide payment details, but you won’t be charged unless you exceed the free credits or continue after the trial period.

On the free trial, what happens after I use the $10 free credits?

Once you’ve used your free trial credits you will be billed for usage according to our usage fees here.

If you continue after the 14-day trial period, your subscription will automatically begin and you’ll be billed according to your plan. Payment is processed through your registered credit card or debit card.

Will I get help setting everything up?

Yes, we offer a free 60 minute on-boarding session. During this call, we’ll guide you through the initial setup process and answer any questions you might have. Web conferencing details will be provided upon confirmation.

What's included in the Essentials plan?

All marketing tools are included in your subscription, including:

  • Content AI for writing and content creation.
  • Image AI for visual content generation.
  • Voice AI for automated call handling.
  • Reviews AI for reputation management.
  • Conversation AI for automated messaging.
  • Full contact CRM with 5 team members and 25,000 contacts.

AI usage is billed based on actual consumption within our fair usage policy.

What's included in the Professional plan?

All marketing tools are included in your subscription, including:

  • Full contact CRM with 15 team members and 75,000 contacts.

Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?

All plans are on a month-to-month basis so you will be able to cancel any time.

You also have complete flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What kind of support is included in each plan?

All plans include:

  • 24/7 AI chat assistance via Email, WhatsApp and SMS.
  • Live human support via phone or Google Meet during normal business hours, Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM (SAST/GMT+2).
  • Priority support plans are available – please email us with your requirements.
Do I need technical expertise to use the platform?

Our platform is designed to be user-friendly and accessible to businesses of all technical levels. The interface is intuitive, and we provide comprehensive support to help you succeed with the tools. You also qualify for free onboarding where we show you around the platform and answer any questions.

Can I add additional team members to my account?

If you need more than team members on the Essentials or Professional plans, you can purchase additional seats at $10 per additional team member.

Our Premium plan include unlimited team members and unlimited CRM contacts. You can add as many as are needed without additional costs.

Can the AI Agent collect customer information and create contact records automatically?

Absolutely. The agents can collect details such as name, email, and address, and automatically update or create contact records in your CRM.

Is it possible for the AI Agent to schedule appointments during a call?

Direct appointment scheduling requires integration with your calendar system through workflows. Ask us if you need help with this.

Can I have multiple AI Voice Agents and phone numbers?

Yes, you can create multiple agents, each with its own assigned phone number and unique configurations, to handle different departments or services.

How do I update the AI Agent’s knowledge base?

In the Agent Goals section, you can provide updated information in the prompts or business details to train the agent on new products, services, or FAQs.

Can the AI Agent handle call routing and transfers?

Yes, the agent can be configured to transfer calls to human agents based on specific conditions you define.

Can the AI Voice agent work with my existing phone system?

Yes, by forwarding your existing phone number to the AI enabled number when calls cannot be answered, for example after X number of rings. Depending on your existing phone system you could also forward all calls to the AI number outside of normal business hours.
